The etnies & Verte Launch Party celebrated the new collaboration in high style at NYC's Max Fish. Bringing back the classic etnies Ollie King with a fresh new twist, the etnies & Verte Collaboration also includes the new Jameson Shoe and the Pleather Jacket. The exclusive collection will be available in June only at core skate shops.
“We’re really excited about reviving the Ollie King model with etnies,” says Andre Razo, co-owner and co-founder of Verte. “The new design is way more streamlined, still great to skate in and much more wearable for today’s standards. It should also increase your ollie height by at least 17 percent.”

Last Friday, etnies kicked off Spring Break at the Los Angeles Mission's Easter Event... not quite the barefoot romp we'd normally opt for, but well worth it.
etnies founder and CEO Pierre André Senizergues lead the team in delivering 2,000 pairs of new shoes to the homeless on LA's Skid Row. Each person was welcomed with a hearty holiday meal, a cleansing foot bath and a pair of etnies.
“Growing up I had the opportunity to meet a lot of homeless people while I was out skating spots in the city, and I really felt for them,” said Senizergues.

Our buddies Every Time I Die took the stage at HOB Anaheim with the Take Action! Tour...and we were there for every hot minute of it. Song after song, the Brothers Buckley rocked vocals (Keith) and guitar (Jordan) with Andy Williams also on guitar, Mike Novak on drums and Josh Newton on bass.
